Our Short or Long Term Care Provides for a
Healthier and Stronger Lifestyle
Licensed as a 120-bed skilled nursing facility, the Health Care Center offers single and double accommodations with a registered nurse on duty 24 hours a day. All services are available to our Independent and Assisted Living residents as well as those referred by doctors and hospital discharge planners. Many return to their former level of health whether it be here at Palm Village or at their off-campus residence.
In addition to provisions for their health care the resident’s quality of life is enhanced with personal interaction from the staff including activities that provide recreation and mental stimulation.
The Center is equipped and staffed to handle a variety of medical conditions and rehabilitation through physical, occupational and speech therapy. The therapy is also offered on an out-patient basis to non-residents.
A special care wing is devoted to individuals with Alzheimer's and memory impairments.
The Health Care Center accepts Medi-Cal assistance, Medicare and other third-party insurances.
