Health Care at Palm Village provides caring that comes from the heart by a compassionate team of highly-trained health care professionals who put our residents’ needs first.
Priority admission is given to our Independent Living and Assisted Living residents, however non-residents should ask their doctor or hospital discharge planner to refer them to Palm Village for skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy and physical therapy. We offer outpatient services in addition to residential care.
Licensed as a 120-bed skilled nursing facility, Palm Village Health Care Center is recognized for its outstanding rehabilitation and health maintenance record. State-of-the-art equipment and individualized treatment strategies help residents regain mobility and maximize independent living skills.
The quality of life is enhanced with personal interaction from the Health Care Center staff including activities that provide recreation and mental stimulation. Many return to their former level of health here at Palm Village or at their off-campus residence.
As a Patio Home or Assisted Living Resident, Health Care is offered to you on campus should the need arise, and we accept referrals directly from doctors and hospitals.
